Our acoustic senses directly 'talk to the brain' so it can bring out most human emotions. Similar emotions can also be brought out with light, fragrance, taste & touch (except that light, fragrance and taste are not as powerful as music though)
Not very sure about 'love', that is uncharted territory for me ;P
