The path of happiness is always under construction

Was reading a few quotes and came across this one. Sounds so very true. You need to struggle at every step in life to get what you desire. Things never come to you, you have to run behind them & acquire them. As a part of construction work, you need to jolt a plan, work in that direction and achieve the desired goal. However, things achieved the harder way give this feeling of accomplishment ... unbelievable! As well said by Anatole France "To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe. "

Its like, to reach a port we must sail, sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it. But we must not drift or lie at anchor. Also, If the going is real easy, beware, you may be headed offshore or deeper into the ocean. When you get to the shore, place the anchor and hang on.

You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new path that makes the existing one obsolete. Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare. If you're not sure where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else. We will find only what we look for, nothing more and nothing less.

So hang on and Never, never, never give up.

Its this feeling sometimes...that even being amidst several people u just feel u r alone. U maybe chatting with a thousand, but still feel u havent spoken a word. There is so much to say, but noone to say it to. Thats when u wish for an angel to come to your help. Wish that someone or something would just come and change the whole world for you; walk you through a completely new world.

Laughs and smiles
Show to the upfront,
Wonder if these are true
Or its all lies.

Loneliness is in the air
I dont know why,
Cant even cry
Coz it wont be fair.

Dont know how I can express,
My heart wants to scream...
Come to my rescue, O'dear
I want to start afresh

Ek Khwaish...some day...!

12:05am I boarded the shuttle which takes me from school north campus to school south campus. It was very noisy. Encountered a contrast of behavior displayed by people. Some were returning home after an entire long day of assignment/project work. The other side were the jovial, happy-go-lucky, care-a-damn, howling, yelling, swearing, enjoying, falling people...yes they were drunk.

What a life they lead. It just takes someone to tell them that 'tomorrow is a Holiday'... and here they go partying. Even if they have the most critical project submission next day, they just become carefree and surrender themselves. A glass of a alcohol down their throat, one more, another ... it goes on. In a few minutes they are in a so-called "Happy" state. Forgetting all the worries in the world, everything seems so good, so smooth, no woes, only fun is what they can see. Leaving behind all the hesitation, talking to any person they come across - they may have never met him/her before OR will never meet him/her ever again. Yelling as if noone is listening. Taking crazy pictures, thinking that they look too good that way. In this unconscious state they barely have an idea whats happening around them. And next morning when they wake was as if nothing ever happened. Most dont even have the faintest memory as to what wonders occured. It all just sounds so crazy.

Sometimes I wish, hope I could just forget everything one day ... enjoy all the niceities of the world and wake up the next day so fresh as if nothing ever took place. Isse khwaish kahon , zidd kahon yaa bachpanaa; par haan mein iss din ko zindagi mein ek baar jinaa zaroor chahungi ;) Haan ek din ke liye mein zaroor buri bannana chahungi :P

Happy Navratri

This has been my favorite festival. The dance ... the music... the happy mood ... the forgetting of worries... meeting people... winning awards ;) ... Smiling as if I dont care a damn about the world... Oh man... those were the days :) Just can visualize every moment I spend dancing away to glory. The praises I received :P and yes the satisfaction that I got was unbelievable.

Dance has been my passion & this festival just gives me the time to enjoy it to the fullest. Every moment spend dancing is every moment away from this materialistic world & definitely closer to my heart.
